We are a church homeschool group that fellowships the first Thursday from 2:00 - 4:00 every month. Moms meet in the back for fellowship. The children are divided up according to age. Boys have devotions, play football, may learn a skill. Girls have devotions, play, and may sew. The younger ones snack, playtime, play bells and have Bible time. They all practice for a program for the end of the year. Sometimes we plan a fieldtrip. We have been in existance since year 2000. Lighthouse Homeschool Fellowship is an arm of Lighthouse Baptist Church. We are Independent Baptist Church in that we are independent from any church, meaning we are not affiliated with any denominational structures such as Southern Baptist Convention etc.
We are Baptist in doctrine and independent in policy. We are separatistic, conservative in issues of dress and music. We are committed to the King James Bible. We are a strong believer in church fellowship of like mindedness. In a world where everything seems chaos, this is a resting place of refuge. Come join us. email: evhicks@frontiernet.net |
