Excalibur Christian School is an Alabama non-profit corporation founded in 2002 by the members of Christian Community, a local church congregation meeting in Madison, Alabama. It is governed by a board of trustees consisting of both church members and non-church members. Day-to-operations of the school are under the supervision of a Superintendent/Administrator appointed by the board. Its stated purpose is
"to create a wholesome and loving environment where homeschool families learn and demonstrate the character of Jesus Christ, grow in godly wisdom, assimilate unchanging truth, and acquire skills for successful living."
It is open to any family who shares this purpose and desires to join with us in building and maintaining an atmosphere of love and respect for one another.
